Judah Place seeks to restore hope, life, and progress to Rundown Communities of the 3rd Ward, 5th Ward, and the Acres Homes in the Inner City of Houston, Texas.
By Empowering Children and Youth through gradual, systematic guidance and mentoring modules, Judah will work within the communities, partnering with qualified, passionate volunteers, sponsoring agencies and other nonprofit organizations as well as the Juvenile Court Systems. Our unique Alternate Educational Modules will steer and stir the Children and Youth into a mindset and an attitude of High Achievement so they can return to help in the ongoing rebuilding of our communities.
One individual, one family at a time, with gentle nudges, we Encourage, Empower, Restore and Rebuild our Rich, iconic Historically vibrant cultural communities. Starting from the mindset, we will ‘Rewire’, and Reorient without reinventing the wheels. We look to Restore Self-worth, Self-confidence, and Self-appreciation in individuals, thereby Establishing Hope and New Life. Judah Place will essentially ‘Provide The Missing Link’.
Judah Place has been working with the Houston Third Ward community to bring more progress propelled initiatives and awareness to parents and children alike so as to effect a permanent change in their mindsets, standard of living and environments. As part of the gradual process, we still help with some dire needs, where the parents cannot afford these necessities, by partnering with companies and corporations with a passion for helping fulfill our community mission.
